奇正消痛贴膏治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察奇正消痛贴膏治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱炎的临床疗效。方法采用多中心、阳性药平行对照,以天和骨通贴膏为对照组,连续观察5d。结果总疗效各时间点两组间比较,治疗第2d、3d、4d、5d时差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05,试验组均优于对照组。结论奇正消痛贴膏治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱炎的效果确切。Objective Observing Clinical Effect of the Implementation of Qizhengxiaotong Plaster in Curing Longum of Biceps Brachii Never（LBBN） Teninitis. Method a multicenter and masculine parallel comparison is made in the research with the Tianhegutong Plaster as its control group for a continuous five-day observation. Results The comparison of the two groups at different time intervals in total effective rates,experiment group showed greater effect than the control group. Significant differences has been achieved on the second, third, fourth and fifth day withP〈0.05. Conclusion There is exact effect of Qizhengxiaotong plster in longum of biceps brachii never（LBBN） tendinitis treatment.
