摘  要:大港油田港东、港西受成本制约主要以筛管完井为主,防砂完井难度大。针对单一精度筛管应用中出现的防砂失效问题,依据地层砂粒径分布规律,对筛管结构进行了优化,提出了分级控砂理念,并注重了投产初期油井采液强度控制。分级控砂工艺实施后取得了满意的防砂效果,防砂周期达300 d,较以往工艺延长了1倍,且至今有效。该工艺的成功实施对环渤海类似储层的防砂完井具有较好的借鉴作用。Constrained by the cost,completion in the east and west of Dagang Oilfield is mainly completed by sand screen instead of sand control which is more difficult.In view of sand control failure during the application of single-precision sieve,according to the formation sand particle distribution law,screen structure is optimized.The concept of step sand control is proposed,intensity control of fluid productivity at the initial stage that the oil well is put into production is laid on emphasis.Satisfying sand control results are obtained after implementing the step sand control technology,the sand control cycle is prolonged by 300 d,twice as long as before.The successful implementation of the technology is valuable to sand control completion in similar formations in Circum-Bohai-Sea region.
