摘  要:在水平井段冲砂过程中砂粒容易沉积形成砂床,致使冲砂效率降低,排量和砂粒直径是其主要影响因素。利用CFD数值模拟软件,对水平井段高压水射流冲砂洗井进行了模拟研究,得到了在不同排量条件下、相同砂粒直径的固相体积分数云图,排量和砂粒直径与环空压耗的关系。结果表明,排量增大环空压耗增大,砂床高度降低;砂粒直径增大环空压耗增大,且粒径越大环空压力波动越大,悬浮稳定性越差,越易形成砂床。研究结果可为现场的水平井段冲砂洗井提供参考依据。It is easy to deposit and form the sand-bed in the process of horizontal well sand washing,resulting in low efficiency of sand washing.Delivery rata and sand particle diameter are important factors.In this paer,the numerical simulation software CFD is used to simulate sand washing with high pressure waterjet in horizontal well.The cloud chart of solidity phase volume fraction is obtained under the condition of different delivery rates and the same diameter.The correlation between the delivery rate and sand particle diameter and the annular pressure loss is also obtained.Results show that the height of sand bed decreases with the increment of delivery rate and annular pressure loss.The sand particle diameter increases by the annular pressure loss.Annular pressure fluctuates more considerably as the sand particle diameter increases.As a result,sand bed is easy to be formed.The results can be reference to sand washing of horizontal well.
