摘　　要：集中讨论了在新的世纪地球系统科学的内涵和全球变化的主要研究内容.when the concept of global system began in 1980s, we have understood the more knowledge about global science. The concept of global system leads to the emergence of global change science. People have gained the important harvest in global change science and opened out the global change in different time and space at the view of system. The most important finds to human is that interaction between global change and human activity. So, there are some new points in global change research. We discuss the connotation of Global System Science and Global Change in 21 century in this article.
