摘　　要：针对目前城市规划过程中,基础数据在存储、管理、应用中存在的问题,以及规划工作者在规划过程中空间分析方法的局限性,利用SuperMap Objects组件式GIS为二次开发平台,微软Visual Basic6.0为二次开发语言,设计开发了城市规划地理信息系统.系统的开发与应用不仅给城市规划部门了解、规划城市提供了全新的技术手段,而且系统的空间分析功能可以提高认识城市本质的能力,为"数字城市"打下良好基础.Facing the data deficiency in storing, managing and applying as well as the delimitation of the method to space analysis in designing, the paper makes use of SuperMap Objects GIS component as secondary development platform and Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as the second developing language, designs urban planning GIS. The application of system offers new technology for department of city planning to understand and plan the city. Besides, the space analysis functions enhance the ability to cognize essence of the city, which benefits the digital city construction.
