摘　　要：通过分析宝应县农村环境质量的现状、存在的问题、环境建设的优势和不足,提出宝应县农村环境建设的总体目标和发展对策,为进一步改善该农村的环境质量,提升农村的生态文明而努力。By analyzing the present situation, the existing environment problems, the superiority and insufficiency of rural environmental quality in Baoying county, the general goals and the development countermeasures of rural environment construction in baoying country were put forward in order to improve the rural environment quality and to promote the ecological civilization in countryside.
