猪皮制革清洁生产现状调查与监测

摘　　要：调查与监测分析了猪皮制革的不同生产工艺阶段废水的排放现状,发现猪革废水具有(1)高耗水量、水质水量波动大;(2)高硫、高铬;(3)高盐、高氨氮;(4)难降解性,处理难度大;(5)高SS、高色度等特点。今后应在改进工艺、加强水资源充分利用、确保废水达标排放方面作进一步改进。Through the investigation, monitoring and analysis on the status of wastewater discharge at different stages in the pro- duction processes of pigskin leather. The wastewater has the following characteristics： （ 1 ） High water consumption, fluctuation of water quality and quantity; （2） High - sulfur, high chrome; （3） High salt and ammonia; （4） Difficult to be treated; （5） High SS and chroma. Future efforts should be done in order to improve the processes, to strengthen water beneficial utilization, and to ensure the discharge to meet the requirements of the discharge standard.
