摘 要:利用废旧聚苯乙烯塑料制备胶粘剂既能减少环境污染,又可以避免资源浪费。研究了溶剂的选择,考察了改性剂的种类和用量、反应时间、反应温度等对粘接性能的影响。结果表明:采用EPS制备的溶剂型粘合剂的拉伸剪切强度可达到3.07 MPa,性能已超过了市售的F-816和BJ-235白乳胶的性能。Various adhesives can be prepared from the recycled expandable polystyrene (EPS) foams, and it is an effective method to reduce the environmental pollution and to avoid the waste of resources. The effects of the type of solvent, the type and content of the modifier, the reaction time, the reaction temperature, etc. on the performances of the recycled EPS adhesive were stud- ied in this paper. It was proved that the shear strength of such recycled EPS solvent-based adhesives can reach 3.07 MPa, which surpasses the performances of two kinds of wildly used commercial white latex, F-816 and BJ-235.
