摘  要:纳米技术在传统的阻燃材料中的应用为阻燃技术开辟了一个新的领域。以氢氧化锌、硼酸为主要原料,利用微波辐射制备了纳米级低水硼酸锌,确定了反应条件和合成参数,并利用化学分析、XRD、TEM等对产物进行了表征。结果表明:微波辐射法可以制得粒径<70 nm的纳米级低水硼酸锌;TG分析表明合成样品开始脱水的温度在350℃左右。通过氧指数测定并与红磷相比较,其阻燃效果相当,性能更优。The application of nano technology in the study of flame retardant materials provides a new idea for flame retardant technology. In this work, using ZnO and HaBO3 as materials, nano- meter zinc borate powders were prepared with microwave heating method at 85~96℃ for 50 min, and the product was characterized by XRD, TEM and TGA. Flame retardant properties of PP were also investigated after adding nanometer zinc borate as a synergistic agent. The results show that the products are uniformly in the size range 〈70 nm and have the properties of low aggregation, fine crystallization and superior dispersing ability. The TG result shows that the initial dehydration temperature of the sample is about 350℃. After the oxygen index determination, it was concluded that this sample has the comparable flame retardant ability with that of red phosphorus.
