摘  要:目的观察丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠对与心肾综合征患者肾小球滤过率的影响。方法将存在心肾综合征的住院患者,随机分为多巴胺组和标多巴胺联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗组(联合组)。结果经治疗后两组患者肾小球滤过率均有明显提高,联合治疗组优于单纯多巴胺组〔(58.993±7.039)vs(59.882±7.054)vs(60.198±7.066),P<0.05;(58.104±7.081)vs(60.399±6.936)vs(66.509±7.162),P<0.05)〕,并在治疗7d后,达到显著性差异〔(60.198±7.066)vs(66.509±7.162),P<0.05)〕。结论对于心肾综合征患者,在标准抗心衰治疗基础上,多巴胺联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗明显优于单独应用多巴胺治疗,能进一步提高肾小球滤过率,优于有助于改善心肾功能,且随治疗时间延长,差异越加明显。Objective To observe the effect of Sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate on glomerular filtration rate in cardiorenai syndrome Patients. Methods 28 patients who were accepting standard heart failure therapy according to ACC/ AHA and HFSA Heart Failure Practice Guideline and diagnosed as Cardiorenal Syndrome(CRS),was divided into two groups randomly, ie. dopamine treatment group and dopamine combined with Sodium tanshinone IIA snlfonate treatment group(combined treatment group).The glomerular filtration rate was estimated each group on 0,3rd,7th day.Results The glomerular filtration rate was improved distinctly on 3rd and 7th days in two groups C(58.993±7.039) vs (59.882±7.054 ) vs (60.198±7.066),P〈0.05; (58.104±7.081) vs (60.399±6.936) vs (66.509±7.162),P〈0.05)] .Improvement of glomernlar filtration rate in combined treatment group is better than that in dopamine treatment group,it reached the significant difference on 7th day C(60.198±7.066) vs (66.509±7.162) , P〈0.05)3 . Conclusion Dopamine treatment or combined with Sodium tanshinone IIA snlfonate all can improve the glomerular filtration rate in Cardiorenal syndrome patients, the combined treatment is better than dopamine only treatment.It indicated that Sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate can improve glomernlar filtration rate in cardiorenal syndrome Patients.
