光动力治疗尿道口内尖锐湿疣的治疗体会

摘　　要：目的利用小儿窥鼻镜充分暴露尿道口内尖锐湿疣(CA)病灶加药行光动力治疗,观察疗效。方法通过利用小儿窥鼻镜对尿道口内CA难以暴露病灶进行加药,使用柱状光纤进行光动力治疗,根据反应率和复发率进行疗效评价。结果12例患者经1～3次光动力治疗,完全反应率100%,复发率8.3%。结论利用小儿窥鼻镜对尿道口内难以暴露的CA病灶加药行光动力治疗是一简便有效的方法。Objective To observe the effect of the use of nasal endoscopy fully exposed within the urethra condyloma acuminata （CA） lesions dosing and photodynamic therapy. Methods According to response rate and relapse rate ,to evaluate efficacy of the method, through the use of nasal endoscopy in pediatric glimpse of urethra lesion within the CA being difficult to increase exposure to drugs, and cylindrical fiber photodynamic therapy. Results 12 patients after 1 to 3 times photodynamic therapy, complete response rate was 100% and the recurrence rate of 8.3%. Conclusion It＇s, the use of nasal endoscopy in pediatric glimpse inside the urethra difficult to increase exposure of CA lesions medicine Photodynamic therapy is a simple and effective method.
