摘　　要：本文对桦褐孔菌醇自问世以来的大量国内外文献资料进行分析、归纳和综合评价,介绍了桦褐孔菌醇的发现过程、结构研究、药理活性、结构修饰和半合成,以及菌丝体的体外培养等,为桦褐孔菌醇的进一步研究开发提供参考。Literature on inotodiol at home and abroad are analyzed, summarized and comprehensively evaluated in this paper. Discovery, chemical structure, pharmacological activities, structural modification, semi-synthesis and mycelia culture in vitro are introduced for the purpose of providing reference for further research on inotodiot.
