摘  要:磁致伸缩材料是重要的能量与信息转换功能材料.对磁致伸缩材料进行研究,最基础也是最关键的工作就是对静态磁致伸缩性能的测量.然而,目前磁致伸缩测试仪器普遍存在体积大、价格高等特点,因此不便推广.采用电阻应变计法,通过对直流磁场、磁致伸缩测量部分和数据采集与显示模块三部分的设计以及测试软件的编写与调试,完成了对静态磁致伸缩测试仪的研制.该仪器测量精度高、操作简单、结构紧凑,可作为材料磁性能测试仪器;同时,该仪器演示清晰、携带方便、成本相对较低,又可以作为演示仪器使用.Magnetostrictive materials are the important function materials with energy and information conversion. To magnetostrictive materials research, the most basic and most crucial task is the measurement of the static magnetostrictive properties. However, the current magnetostrictive test equipments are bulky, expensive and inconvenient to use widely. Static Magnetostriction Tester is designed and made by using resistance strain gauge method, which includes the design of DC magnetic field, magnetostrictive measurement, data acquisition and display module and the software design and debugging. The apparatus has several advantages: measuring accuracy, clear presentation, simple operation, easy to carry, compact structure and relatively low cost. The apparatus not only can be used as test equipment, but also can serve as a teaching instrument.
