摘 要:本文采用氢氧化锂消除锂锰扣式电池的初始高电压并详细地研究了氢氧化锂的加入对锂锰扣式电池电性能的影响。结果表明,在正极片真空热抽取过程中,MnO_2通过与LiOH形成少量的锂锰嵌入化合物使正极处于微放电态,削去初始高电压,同时氢氧化锂的加入提高了电池的贮存性能,降低了电池的自放电率。The initial high voltage of Li/MnO2 button type battery was eliminated by using an additive of LiOH and the effects of LiOH on the electrical properties of Li/MnO2 button type battery were simultaneously outlined. It was shown that during the procedure in which cathodic sheets were dried in vacuum chamber of 200C MnO2(Li+) intercalation compound was formed through the between MnO2 and the additive of LiOH resulting in a micro discharge status of the cathode and elimination of the initial high voltage,at the same time the storage property of the Li/MnO2 button type battery was improved and the self-discharge rate was reduced.
