摘　　要：从档案与绩效管理工作的关系入手,阐述档案在绩效管理工作中的作用,绩效管理体系的运行推动了档案的发展,两者相辅相成、相互促进。科学有序管理好档案,有助于社会的持续发展和地方社会经济的进步。理清绩效管理的思路,有利于更好地开展档案工作。From the relationship between archives and performance management, this thesis deals with the functions of archives in the performance management and the promotion of the archives by operating the performance management mechanism, both of which relate to and promote each other. Scientific management of the archives will help to keep sustainable development of the society and make progress in local social economy. Being aware of the working thoughts of the performance management will be helpful to better management of the archives.
