摘  要:胜利油田孤东采油厂七区西单元经过二十多年的强注强采,目前已进入特高含水开发阶段,剩余油在平面上高度分散,采用常规方法挖潜在适应性和经济效益等方面已很难适应油田开发的需要。而长期报废停井附近区域由于井网失控、水线绕流等原因,形成剩余油滞留区,成为剩余油挖潜的又一增长点。因此,孤东采油厂利用报废油井,在七区西单元开展了开窗侧钻水平井挖潜试验,并取得了良好的经济效益。试验表明,对于高含水油藏,在应用开窗侧钻水平井技术后,油藏的整体采收率得到了进一步提高,且有较大的剩余油挖潜空间,该技术在这类油藏上具有较好的推广应用价值。The west unit of block 7 in Gudong oil production plant in Shengli oilfield has entered into higher water - cut development stage with intensive injection and production for over twenty years, and remaining oil is high dispersion in the plane, it is difficult to meet the development demand in adaptability and economic benefit by applying conventional exploiting method. Because well pattern is out of control and water advance is by pass, the remaining oil retained area was formed in the adjacent area of long - term abandoned wells. Gudong oil production plant used abandoned wells to carry out the exploiting test of sidetrack horizontal well in west unit of block 7, and good economic benefit was achieved. The testing results indicate that the entire oil recovery of the reservoir with high water -cut is enhanced by applying sidetrack horizontal well technology, and it has great remaining oil exploiting potential. The technology has wide application value.
