摘  要:膜渗透气体分离技术应用于气测录井中已有多家机构做了研究和尝试,大庆钻探录井一公司研制开发了Gaswizard(GW)接触式烃类气体检测系统,该系统气体探头体积小,可以方便地安装于井口钻井液出口处,只要有少量的钻井液返出,其探头就能连续检测出口的烃类气体含量,并具有检测值响应迅速、定量的特点,也可以在起下钻和接单根过程中对井口烃类气体含量进行检测,这为解决空气、泡沫等欠平衡钻井环境下电动脱气器难以发挥作用的难题提供了条件。通过10余口井现场试验应用,表现出检测迅速、曲线呈指峰状的特点,对显示层细分十分有利,同时能够提前发现烃类异常,有利于有效地保证钻井安全。Many agencies have studied and tried the membrane osmosis gas separating technology used for gas logging. The First Mud Logging Company of Daqing Drilling & Exploration Corporation developed Gas wizard (GW) contact type hydrocarbon detecting system,which has a smaller gas detecting probe and can be easily installed at the drilling fluid outlet. While there is a small amount of drilling fluid returning,its probe can continuously detect the hydrocarbon gases content,has the features of rapid and quantitative respond for the detecting values and can also detect the content of wellhead hydrocarbon gases during tripping and connection,which provides the condition for solving the problem of being difficult to perform the effect of the electric degasser under the under-balance drilling with air and foam. By more than 10 wells' site experimental application,the device showed the features of rapid detection,peak shape of curves,which was beneficial to divide the show zones finely. Meanwhile the abnormal hydrocarbon can be found ahead of time and it had advantage for effectively ensuring drilling safety.
