摘　　要：长城钻探工程公司开发的井场远程监控指挥系统采用海事卫星及VSAT卫星通信等网络传输方式,实现了境外井场的工程数据、音视/视频数据到基地的传输。该系统从2007年开始在境外作业现场推广应用,有效地提升了公司生产管理水平和信息传递、共享能力,同时提高了公司HSE管理水平。远端实际应用情况表明,该系统实用有效,具有使用推广价值。The well site remote monitor directing system developed by the Great Wall Drilling & Exploration Corporation adopts the web transmission ways of marine satellite and VAST satellite,realized the transmission of engineering data and audio/vide data from abroad well site to the base. The system has effectively improved the production management level,the ability of information transmission and share and HSE management level since its application in 2007. The practical application of the remote terminal showed that the system is functional and effective and has the value to expand the application.
