摘　　要：The hitherto North America grass feeding leafhopper genus and species Graminella nigrinota DeLong ＆ Molar comb. revived, are newly recorded from China. Details and figures of the species morphology are given and its generic placement briefly discussed.记述中国角顶叶蝉亚科新记录属:点斑叶蝉属Graminella及1新记录种——刀茎点斑叶蝉Graminella nigrinota,重新确定了该种的分类地位,绘制了雄性外生殖器的特征图,并提供了成虫整体、头胸部、雌虫尾节腹面观特征图。
