摘  要:本文根据有关军用标准和规程对GZN型高性能粘弹性阻尼材料常温释放物和高温热解物毒性进行定性、定量分析,从而对其使用的安全性进行卫生学评价。GZN型高性能粘弹性阻尼材料在45℃时密封20天检测出5种释放物,其浓度均未超过水面舰艇舱室空气组分容许浓度;其高温热解物约64种,其中毒性较高的含氯物2种,含氮物7种,相对含量小于5%。动物急性吸入该材料的高温热解物的半数致死浓度LC50=95g/m3,属低毒性材料。Based on the regulation for toxicity assessment of nonmetallic materials in ships and the permissible concentration for air components in the chambers of surface ship,qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances released from GZN damp material at room temperature and decomposed products of the material at high temperature was made by using GC-MS and GC technique.There were 5 kinds of air composition at room temperature and 64 kinds of as sealed in a box,the concentration of released products at room temperature did not surpass the permissible concentration for air components in the chambers of surface ship.the material was evaluated low toxicity by the mouse experiment.
