摘　　要：《山东省企业环境报告书编制指南》的发布在国内首次规范了企业环境信息的公开方式,实现了企业间环境业绩的比较.以层次分析法(AHP)为主要工具,对《指南》的环境业绩中3个层次41个指标项目进行了权重分析,并通过与国内外典型企业环境报告书进行对比,对指标项目的适用性进行了检验.Guidelines for the Establishment of Corporate Environmental Report in Shandong Province standardizes the popularization of the environmental information transparency and realizes the comparability of the environmental performance among different enterprises. This paper gives weight analysis of the 41 environmental performance indexes in 3 levels from the Guidelines by the Analytical Hierarchy Process（AHP）and tests the applicability of these indexes in comparison with the Corporate Environmental Reports from different enterprises at home and abroad.
