摘　　要：目的探讨三叶草钢板治疗Pilon骨折的疗效。方法58位患者均在入院后3～12小时内手术,三型骨折均行切开复位三叶草钢板内固定术,其中Ⅲ型行植骨术,合并外踝及后踝者应用外侧切口复位内固定。结果本组病例随访7～36月,平均18月,踝关节功能按Boume标准:优41例,良11例,可4例,差2例。结论胫骨远端用三叶草钢板固定可减少对皮肤软组织的刺激,使软组织和骨膜剥离少,容易闭合伤口,使用方便,增强了内固定强度,明显减少并发症的发生等优点。Objective To explore the effect of treating Pilon fractures with Clover plate.Methods Fifty-eight cases of patients were treated with Clover plate within 3-12 hours.Each type should be opened in order to make it diaplasis and reach internal fixation. Results The effects of the treatment were followed up in 7-36 months,according to the ankle function Boume standard：41 cases are in excellent lever,good in 11 cases,medium in 4 cases,poor in 2 cases.Conclusions Application of clover plate is an effective method to treat Pilon fracture,for it leads to early ambulance,short time of hospitalization or bed rest,minimal invasion,stable fixation, less complications,and simplicity.
