摘　　要：本文对AQP4在中枢系统的分布、作用及其表达的影响因素作了总结性的描述,同时对出血性脑血管疾病脑水肿的形成过程及相关生理病理过程作了说明,并探讨了AQP4在出血性脑血管病脑水肿的病理生理过程中的作用,总结了AQP4与出血性脑血管病脑水肿的相关研究进展。为进一步研究脑水肿提供新思路。The present research makes a summary description about the influencing factors of the distribution and function of AQP4 in the central nervous system.At the same time,the research also explains brain edema formation process and pathological processes in hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease and gives a summarization of the relevant study of AQP4 and hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease cerebral edema.The research provides new ideas for the further studies on the brain edema.
