摘　　要：学科馆员制度作为国际图书馆界先进的办馆理念和全新的服务方式已经在国内一定数量的高校馆中开展和推行,并取得了一定效果。新建本科院校由于起步晚、办学历史短,存在优势学科少、人才短缺等薄弱环节,应学习和借鉴综合性大学先进的办馆理念,结合自身特点,从思想认识、方式方法、措施与人才选拔等方面积极探索适合新建本科院校办学特色的学科化服务模式。The subject librarian system,as an advanced idea of running a library and a brand new service mode today,has been adopted in China and it has seen good results.Some newly–built universities should learn from and refer to this system though they have their disadvantages such as their late start,short history,lack of superior subjects and personnel.They should try to explore the proper way of subject service mode concerning ideas,means,methods and personnel with their own characteristics.
