摘  要:变量编程因其具有丰富的算术和逻辑运算功能而大大扩大了手工编程的应用领域。文章在对规则曲面特证进行分析的基础上,结合FANUC数控系统的变量编程功能,提出了规则曲面变量编程的思路和方法,并结合实例对变量编程及CAM软件编程进行了对比,阐明了变量编程在二维型腔及三维规则曲面数控加工中的优势。Parameter programming provides rich functionality of mathematical and logical computation, therefore greatly widened the application areas of manual programming. This paper presents the analysis on functionality of the regular curving surface, as well as the capability of parameter programming in FANUC CNC system, and proposes some ideas and methodology on regular curving surface parameter programming. It also compares the parameter programming and CAM software programming through real examples and illustrates the advantages of using parameter programming in CNC machining for 2D pocketing and 3D regular curving surface.
