摘  要:吊臂作为起重机的起吊支撑重要构件,其设计是否合理,直接影响起重机的承载能力、整机稳定性和整机自重。纵观国内外流动式起重机吊臂设计,大多数采用的截面形式是多边形截面。通过对截面形式的改进,采用了椭圆形截面吊臂设计。通过有限元软件ANSYS10.0,对160t铁路救援起重机吊臂进行分析计算。并且在此基础上对该伸缩式吊臂进行了优化,使吊臂力学性能满足要求。As one of the most important structural members of a crane, the crane arm design directly affects the crane's important parameters like carrying capacity, overall stability and self weight. In the case of domestic and foreign arm designs of mobile cranes, most of them adopt a polygonal cross-section as the crane arm's cross-section. This paper first introduces the use of an oval-shaped cross-section in crane arm design as an improvement to conventional cross-sectional forms, and then describes a new approach to crane arm design, explained by way of a 160-ton railway rescue crane, wherein with the help of finite element software ANSYS 10. 0, the crane arm is analyzed and calculated and on the basis of such analysis and calculation it is further optimized so that it can meet the requirements for mechanical properties.
