摘　　要：主要介绍了新加坡船厂用D2563K6型门座起重机的特点及电气系统的设计,着重介绍了该电气系统的软硬件设计流程,给出了起升变幅系统调试的参数,并针对该种机型常见的故障现象提出了解决方法。This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of the D2563K6 portal crane used in a Singapore Shipyard, as well as the design of its electric system, with emphasis laid on the software and hardware design processes of the electrical system. It also gives debugging parameters of luffing system as well as solutions to common failures with this machine model.
