摘 要:通过挤出共混法将透明且具有红外反射功能的纳米锑掺杂二氧化锡(ATO)添加到乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)中,并经热压成型制备了夹层玻璃用EVA/ATO透明隔热中间膜;表征了EVA/ATO中间膜的隔热性能,并考察了ATO用量对EVA/ATO材料的拉伸性能、光学性能、热稳定性及其与玻璃的黏合性能的影响。结果表明,添加1%~5%(质量分数)纳米ATO的EVA/ATO胶膜对光的透过性能表现出明显的光谱选择性,能在保持相对较高的可见光透过率的同时,有效地阻隔红外光区的热能;随纳米ATO用量的增加,EVA/ATO材料的隔热效果不断提高,但其热导率也呈上升趋势。与未添加ATO的EVA相比,用EVA/ATO(ATO质量分数为3%)中间膜制作的盖板能够使隔热箱内的空气温度降低7.9℃。在所考察的ATO用量范围内,所制备的EVA/ATO透明隔热中间膜与玻璃的强度均大于3000N/m。The transparent and heat-insulating EVA/antimony-doped tin dioxide (ATO) interlayers used for laminated glass were prepared by compression molding after adding Nano-ATO with transparency and infrared reflection function to the EVA through extrusion blending. The heat-insulation performance of the prepared EVA/ATO interlayers was also characterized, and the effects of Nano-ATO content on the tensile property, the optical property, the thermal stability and the adhesive strength to glass of the prepared EVA/ATO materials were investigated. The experimental results showed that the EVA/ATO films containing Nano-ATO ( 1.0 -5.0 wt% ) exhibited obvious spectral selectivity, could effectively block the thermal energy from infrared ray also retaining relatively high light transmittance in the region of visible light, As the Nano-ATO content increased, the heat-insulating effect of the EVA/ATO materials improved continuously i but their thermal eonductivity exhibited an increase tendency. It indicated that the cover plate made of the EVA/ATO interlayer eontaining 3.0 wt% of ATO made the air temperature inside the box decreased by 7.9℃ COmpared with the EVA sheet without ATO. The adhesive strength of transparent and heat-insulating EVA/ATO interlayers and glass was all higher than 3 000 N/m within the range of ATO content investigated.
