摘 要:研究了氯化聚乙烯(CPE)用量对聚丙烯/氯化聚乙烯(PP/CPE)材料的熔融时间、扭矩、表观黏度、氧指数和拉伸强度的影响,并通过扫描电镜研究了共混物的拉伸断面结构。结果表明:熔体最大扭矩和熔融时间随着CPE用量的增加而下降,而平衡扭矩和表观黏度上升,当CPE质量分数介于33%~45%之间时达到最优配比。另外,随着CPE用量的增加,共混物的阻燃性能显著增加,但拉伸强度在CPE质量分数大于20%后稍有下降。Influences of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) content on melting time, torque, apparent viscosity, oxygen index and tensile strength of PP/CPE were studied and structure of section after tension was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental results indicated that the largest torque and melting time of the blending decreased with the increase of CPE, but the balance torque and the apparent viscosity decreased a little, when the content of CPE lied between 33% N45 wt% , there was a optimal proportion. In addition, with the increase of the content of CPE, the flame retardant performance of the mixture increased significantly, but the tensile strength decreased a little when the content of CPE was higher than 20 wt%.
