摘  要:为了得到处理废水中苯酚的大孔吸附树脂的最佳配比,改变交联剂种类、交联度、致孔剂种类、致孔剂用量,利用悬浮聚合合成了一系列大孔吸附树脂。通过对树脂吸附苯酚的性能测试,得出了一个最佳的合成方案:交联剂为DVB且交联度为50%,致孔体系为甲苯和正丁醇,致孔剂用量与基体用量一致。对大孔吸附树脂的吸附过程的研究表明,当吸附温度升高时吸附速率加快,平衡浓度降低;随苯胺浓度增大吸附速率增大,平衡浓度升高;随时间增加,吸附速率减小且在0.5h左右达到平衡。In order to get the best ratio of macroreticular resin in phenol wastewater treatment, change the type of crosslinker, crosslinking degree, porogen type, and porogen amount, a series of macroporous resin were synthesized by suspension polymerization. Through the performance test of resin adsorption phenol, got an optimal synthesis programs, with the DVB as cross-linking agent and cross-linking degree was 50% , porogen system was toluene and n-butanol, porogen amount and the substrate consumption was unanimous. Research on the macroporous resin adsorption process showed that when the adsorption temperature increased, the adsorption rate accelerated, the equilibrium concentration reduced ; with the increase of the concentration of aniline, the adsorption rate increased, the equilibrium concentration increased, with time increased, the adsorption rate decreased and in the balance in about 0.5 h.
