摘 要:以高群体小麦品种百农矮抗58为材料,研究了小麦籽粒灌浆速率与颖壳及籽粒叶绿素含量之间的关系。结果表明:籽粒灌浆速率的变化趋势与穗叶绿素含量的变化趋势相似,强势籽粒的颖壳及籽粒的叶绿素含量变化与籽粒灌浆的速率之间的相关系数达到0.8。弱势籽粒受到强势籽粒及空间位置的影响,其灌浆速率与颖壳及籽粒的叶绿素含量变化之间没有明显的相关性。A high population wheat variety, Bainong Aikang58 was elected as the research material in this trial. The correlation among grain filling rate of wheat and the chlorophyll content of glumes and grains were analyzed. The results of correlation analysis showed that there are similar changing trend between the grain filling rate and the ear chlorophyll content. The correlation coefficient reached 0.8 between the grain filling rate and the chlorophyll content of ears and glumes which lies in advantage positions. Maybe the grains of disadvantage position were influenced by the grains of advantage posi- tion and unfavorable space position, the correlation coefficient is small between the gain filling rate and the chlorophyll content of ears and glumes which lies in disadvantage positions.
