摘　　要：文章主要介绍了ISO9001和ISO/TS16949质量管理体系要求之间的关系和差异以及它们的核心要求和适用性。本文同时介绍了对于它们的认证机构在管理上的差异。This article is mainly to discuss the relationship and difference between the system requirements of ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949 as well as their core requirements and applicability. The difference of management to their certification bodies is also discussed at the same time.
