摘  要:在变频驱动中,施加在电机定子绕组上的电压和频率对一给定的转矩-转速运行点可以有不同的组合,其中存在某一最佳的电压-频率组合使电机在该点运行损耗最小。但是目前所有最小损耗控制方法都要求精确了解电动机的模型和参数,因此难以用于实际工程。本文首次利用感应电动机线性化M-s公式导出了最小损耗控制方程及其约束条件,文中给出仿真和实验结果,对新方法和基于模型的效率优化方法[1]进行了对比,并给出7.5kW标准效率感应电动机采用最小损耗控制与恒V/F控制时传动系统的效率比较。研究结果表明,新方法和基于模型的效率优化方法的控制效果十分近似,而新方程却具有简单、实用的突出特点,可较大地改善电动机的效率。In an adjustable frequency induction motor drive,a specified torque speed operating point can be achieved with a variety of different voltage frequency combinations,and there is an optimum voltage and frequency which gives the specified torque and speed with minimum losses.However,all of these proposed loss minimization control schemes require an accurate knowledge of the motor model and parameter for implementation,and it is difficult to apply these schemes to practical engineering.In this paper,the loss minimization control equation and its constraint conditions are given using the linearizing expression of the motor for the first time.Simulated and experimental results are presented,giving comparison of motor drive efficiencies between the new control method and the model based optimization method,also giving comparison of motor drive efficiencies between the new control method and constant volts/hertz control operation for a standard efficiency induction motor with a 7.5kW rating.The investigation results show the motor drive efficiencies resulted from the new control method and the model based optimization method are approximate,but the new method is simple and practical and it can greatly improve the motor efficiency.
