摘　　要：目的探讨经胸超声心动图(TTE)在继发孔型房间隔缺损(ASD)封堵前术中的应用价值。方法应用TTE指导24例继发孔型ASD患者行经导管封堵术。结果24例患者全部成功封堵,无残余分流。结论TTE对ASD封堵的术前病例选择,指导选择封堵器型号,术中监测封堵器置放及释放过程,术后观察封堵器位置是否合适、稳定,有无残余分流,是否影响周围结构和功能等,均具有重要的应用价值。Objective To explore the applied value of transthoracic echoeardiography （TTE）, during and after transcatheter closure oi＂ ostium secundum atrial septal defects with atrial septal occluder. Methods Twenty - four patients were underwent the transeatheter closure operation for ostium seeundum atrial septal defect （ASD） with atrial septal occluder under the guidance of transthoracic echo-cardiography. Results 23 cases were successfully treated with Amplatzer occlusion devices. There was no atrial residual shunts after operation. Conclusion TTE demonstrates important application values in ASD patients and the size of occluder device, monitorment setting and releasing of occluder in operation and observation the location of occluder device.
