摘  要:中国石化长岭公司在催化汽油选择性加氢脱硫装置上,对中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发的第二代催化汽油选择性加氢技术进行了首次工业试验及所得产品标定。结果表明,在氢分压1.70MPa,主剂体积空速3.24h-1,平均反应温度257℃的条件下,重馏分加氢汽油中硫的质量分数为7.7×10-6,脱硫率高达98.43%,而研究法辛烷值仅损失1.8个单位,产品可满足欧Ⅴ标准;在氢分压1.70MPa,主剂体积空速3.32h-1,平均反应温度240℃的条件下,重馏分加氢汽油中硫的质量分数为42×10-6,脱硫率为92.41%,而研究法辛烷值只损失了0.6个单位,产品可满足欧Ⅳ标准。The first industial application of selective hydrodesulfurization technology for catalytic gasoline (RSDS-Ⅱ) developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing was carried out in the hydrotreating unit of Changling Company,and the product was calibrated.The results showed that under the conditions of hydrogen pressure 1.70MPa,volume space velocity of main catalyst 3.24h-1 and average reaction temperature 257℃,the mass fraction of sulfur in heavy fraction hydrogasoline was 7.7×10-6,hydrodesulfurization rates was 98.43%,the RON losses of the treated gasoline was 1.8,and the products property could meet the need of the standard Euro Ⅴ.Under the conditions of hydrogen pressure 1.70MPa,volume space velocity of main catalyst 3.32h-1 and average reaction temperature 240℃,the mass fraction of sulfur in heavy fraction hydrogasoline was 42×10-6,hydrodesulfurization rate was 92.41%,the RON losses of the treated gasoline was 0.6,and the products property could meet the need of the standard Euro Ⅳ.
