摘　　要：介绍了压载水管理公约的要求与标准,对现有压载水管理方法进行了综述,重点讨论了压载水置换及处理技术在船上应用的可行性,并针对主管机关、船东和船厂提出了一定的建议。Requirements and standards of Ballast Water Management Convention are introduced; the existing ballast water management methods are reviewed. Application feasibilities of existing ballast water management practices on board ships are mainly discussed. Certain proposal are given for the competent authority, ship owners and shipyards
