摘　　要：利用世行贷款发展节水灌溉项目是北京节水灌溉的第一次尝试,项目历时长、涉及部门多,通过对项目前期、实施期及后期管理经验的总结,为今后北京及其他地区农业节水灌溉工程项目管理提供可借鉴的管理方法。It＇s the first attempt in Beijing to improve water-saving irrigation project with the loan of Word Bank. This project takes a period of time, with lots of departments involved. With the sum-up of the project management experience in the prepare period, implementation and post-implementation period, it can provide management methods to learn for water-saving irrigation projects management in the other area of Beijing.
