摘 要:为识别规则竹节纱的外观参数,用扫描仪得到均匀缠绕在黑板上的竹节纱的黑白二值图像,利用数字图像处理技术进行旋转、拼接,组成连续的竹节纱图像。在读取竹节纱直径数据的基础上,利用周期函数的相关性,确定竹节纱外观参数变化的周期。通过对若干个变化周期内竹节纱直径的频数分析,得出竹节纱的基纱直径和竹节直径。再以一定数量的周期长度的竹节纱段进行分析,找出基纱和竹节部分的分界位置,从而得到各基纱段和竹节段的长度,给出完整的竹节纱外观参数。In order to recognize regular slub yarn's apparent parameters, slub yarn which was uniformly wound on black board was scanned and the grayscale and binary image of it was obtained. The digital image processing technology was used to rotate image and connect yarn on both sides in order to composite a continuous slub yarn image. Taking advantage of the correlation of periodic functions based on reading diameters of slub yarn, apparent parameter change period of slub yarn was determined. Based on analysis of the frequency of slub yarn's diameter in several change periods, the diameters of the basic part and the slub part of the yarn were determined. By further analyzing the length of sections of certain amount of slub yarns appeared periodically, demarcation positions between basic part and slub part were found, thus the length of each basic part and each slub part was obtained and complete slub yarn's apparent parameters were given.
