摘　　要：针对aQura棉结和短纤维测试仪测试参数的稳定次数问题,用统计分析的方法对2次不同实验(每次实验包括12个方案)条件下所生产生条的aQura检测结果进行分析,得出了aQura主要检测参数稳定次数范围和30次检测结果的CV值。研究认为:aQura在检测生条各项长度指标时,采用10次检测即可保证测试结果具有可重复性;检测带籽屑棉结尺寸、棉结总数和纤维棉结数量时,采用10次也可保证检测结果具有可重复性;检测带籽屑棉结含量则需检测19次以上,检测结果才具有可重复性。To study test stability of Permier aQura, （ 12 plans in each experiment） was tested by aQura. of test times that can get a reliable test result of test the card sliver produced in two different experiments By a statistic analysis of the test results, the number parameters and CV values of 30 test results of each experiment plan were obtained. It is concluded that the parameters about fiber length are repeatable when they are tested for 10 times or above. The parameters of nep with cotton shell （SCN） size, total nep number and fiber nep number are also repeatable when they are tested for 10 times or above. The parameter of SCN number is repeatable only when it is tested for 19 times or above.
