摘　　要：罗马尼亚社会民主党是在民主救国阵线的基础上逐步演变而来的。作为共产主义后继党,罗马尼亚社会民主党表现出明显的特点:虽然宣称自己是原执政党罗共的继承者,但并未承继后者的组织体系;向社会民主主义政党的政治转型显得比较迟缓;在剧变后罗马尼亚政坛上长期保持了举足轻重的地位,在国家经济转型和政治演变中发挥了不可替代的作用。社会民主党发展演变的种种特点是历史与现实、内部与外部多种因素共同作用的结果。Romanian Social Democratic Party (PSD)is the party which evolved gradually on the basis of the Democratic National Salvation Front. As the communist successor party,PSD shows distinctive features:Although the party claims that it is Romanian communist successor,it does not inherit the latter's organizational system; It moves slowly politically in the transformation into a social democratic party ;It has held the balance for a long time after the dramatical transformation of Romania politics and no other party can take its place during the transformation of national economy and political transformation. These characteristics in the development and transformation of PSD are the result of the workings of history and reality and internal and external factors.
