科研型电子病历在跨机构联合研究中的应用

摘　　要：现行的大多数临床电子病历系统不能为跨医疗机构、跨地理区域的课题组建立起网络化的病历资料库,不能在线结构化、跨机构收集典型病历,不能为专项疾病的调查、研究、管理与资源的共享提供有效的信息化平台。针对这些问题,开发跨医疗机构、跨地理区域的专业性管理慢性阻塞性气道疾病的科研型电子病历系统,能为课题组研究提供有效的信息化支撑平台。Most existing clinical electronic medical record systems can not be regarded as inter-medical institutions or cross-geographical regions network-based eectronic medical record database, can not collect typical records online with structured or inter-agency channels, can not provide an effective platform for special disease investigate, research, management and the sharing of resources. For these problems, building inter-medical institutions and crossgeographical regions research-based chronic Obstructive airway disease management system of electronic medical records can provide an effective information support platform for the research of task force.
