摘  要:以丙烯酸丁酯为核,甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壳,甲基丙烯酸等为交联单体,采用种子乳液聚合方法得到核壳乳液型弹性涂料。研究了乳化剂、单体的用量和不同的核壳单体质量比对乳液性能的影响;当m(MMA)∶m(BA)为36∶75,十二烷基磺酸钠(DBS)和壬基苯基聚氧乙基醚(OP-10)乳化剂的质量比为2∶1,乳化剂用量为单体质量的2.4%,种子乳液的用量为10%时,膜的拉伸强度、吸水率小、耐水性好及成膜性能最佳;采用分批加料的滴加方式可使聚合反应有较高的稳定性。The core-shell acrylic elastic latex was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization with using butyl acrylate as core monomer, methyl methacrylate as shell monomer, and methylacrylic acid as functional monomers. The influences of emulsifier, the dosage of monomers and the ratio of core to shell monomers on the performance of the waterborne latex were studied. A stable elastic coating was prepared with excellent tensile strength, good peeling strength, low water-absorption and other good performances while the ratio of MMA and BA was 36:75, the emulsifier amount was 2.4% of the monomers, the seed emulsion dosage was 10% and ratio of DBS to OP-10 was 2:1.
