摘 要:以馏程在210℃以下的乙烯焦油C9馏份为原料,对以Lewis酸和以A1C13为催化剂的两段催化聚合法制备合成石油树脂提出了新的两段聚合的工艺条件。探讨了催化剂添加量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对聚合反应的影响。实验结果显示在总催化剂用量为3%(w),其中AlCl3为1.0%,BF3·Et2O为2%,聚合温度60℃,聚合时间6h的条件下,得到了满足其主要工业指标的石油树脂。With using C9 fraction of ethylene tar (distillation range〈210℃) as raw material, a novel process condition for synthesizing petroleum resin by two-stage polymerization is proposed which used Lewis acid and AlCl3 as catalysts. The effects of catalyst dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time on the polymerization were investigated. The experimental results showed that when the total amount of catalyst was 3%(w), in which the AlCl3 and BF3·Et2O, was 1.0% and 2% respectively, and the reaction temperature was 60℃, the reaction time was 6h, the prepared petroleum resin could meet the main industrial index.
