创伤性膈疝的X线诊断(附13例报告)

摘　　要：本文报告13例创伤性膈疝,其中11例为间接损伤所致,2例为直接损伤。12例发生在左膈,1例在右膈。临床表现除合并损伤外,主要为呼吸和消化系统的症状和体征。X线表现复杂多样,取决于(?)入胸腔脏器的内容与数量以及有无合并症等。通过手术对照,分析了本病各种X线表现,并提出X线诊断注意事项。Thirteen cases of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia were reported, including 11 caused by indirect injury and 2 by direct injury. The ratio of the hernia in the left diaphragm to that in the right was 12:1. Besides the complicated injuries the clinical manifestations of the disease were mainly the symptoms and signs of the respiratory and digestive systems. lts radiological appearance was of complexity and multiplicity. It depended upon which organ and how much of the organ herniated to the thorax and whether there occurred complications etc. On the basis of a comparative study of the operation, the varied radiological appearances of the disease were analysed and the points of attention to the roentgenologic diagnosis suggested.
