摘　　要：[目的]观察针灸、推拿保守疗法治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。[方法]采用针灸推拿并用治疗脊髓型颈椎病148例。[结果]按我国40分计分法30分以上者123例(83%),平均计分提高13.7分,改善率为67%。[结论]针灸、推拿作为治疗脊髓型颈椎病的保守疗法临床疗效确切。[ Objective] To observe acupuncture, massage conservative treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy of the clinical efficacy. [ Methods ] Adopt acupuncture and massage treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy 148 cases. [ Results] Based on china＇s 40 minutes scoring 30 points above 123 cases （83%） , with an average scoring increase of 13.7 points, to improve the rate of 67 %. [ Conclusion ] Acupuncture, massage as a treatment for cervical spondylotic myelopathy precise clinical efficacy of conservative treatment.
