三子养亲汤治疗乳腺囊性增生症患者58例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察三子养亲汤治疗乳腺囊性增生症的临床疗效。方法将113例乳腺囊性增生症患者随机分为治疗组58例和对照组55例,两组分别采用三子养亲汤和乳核散结片口服治疗,均治疗3个月经周期。治疗前后分别观察两组患者临床症状与体征、血清内分泌激素水平以及治疗组患者乳腺血流动力学指标。结果治疗组总有效率89.66%,对照组总有效率65.45%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后各项临床症状与体征均较治疗前明显缓解(P<0.01);对照组治疗后乳房疼痛、乳房肿块和腺体水肿均较治疗前缓解(P<0.05);治疗组乳房肿块、腺体水肿和乳头溢液等症状的缓解程度较对照组更显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后血清内分泌激素各项指标及对照组治疗后血清雌二醇(E2)水平均较本组治疗前明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗组患者治疗后血流动力学各指标较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论三子养亲汤治疗乳腺囊性增生症有明显疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Sanzi Yangqing Decoction （Decoction of three kinds of seeds） for mammary cystic byperplasia. Methods Totally 113 patients with mammary cystic hyperplastia were randomized into a treatment group （58 cases） which was prescribed Sanzi Yangqing Decoction and a control group （55 cases） which was given Ruhe Sanjie Tablet （Tablet for dissolving mammary masses）. Both were treated for 3 courses. Before and after treatment the clinical symptoms and signs, hormones in serum of both groups, and the indices of hemodynamics of the treatment group were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.66%, while that of the control group was 65.45 %, there was significant difference （P〈0. 01） between groups. After treatment symptoms and signs in the treatment group were significantly relieved （P〈0.01）. Mammary pain and masses and gland edema in the control group were relieved after treatment （P〈0.05）. Mammary masses, gland edema and nipple discharge in the treatment group were more significantly relieved than those in the control group （P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Indices of hormones in serum in the treatment group and estradiol in the control group after treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Hemodynamics indices of the treatment group were significantly improved （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Sanzi Yangqing Decoction is effective for mammary cystic hyperplasia.
