摘 要:对某汽轮机高压缸的正弯静叶级和直叶片静叶级进行了变速比的单级空气透平模拟级性能试验及数值计算,研究了级效率、反动度和流量系数等随速比的变化规律和某些级气动参数沿叶高的变化规律,并对正弯静叶级级效率提高的机理进行了分析.结果表明:正弯静叶级的级效率比直叶片静叶级提高2%以上,两者的反动度和流量系数略有差别;正弯静叶级级效率提高的原因是其静叶和动叶损失有较大下降,叶片的端部流动得到改善.The performance test of changing speed ratio and numerical simulation were carried out for a sin- gle stage of air turbine simulated from a stage of HP cylinder with positive curved and straight stator blade. The regularities of the stage efficiency, reaction and discharge coefficient varying with the speed ra- tio and of some turbine aerodynamic parameters varying with blade height were studied. The mechanism of the stage efficiency enhanced by positive curved stator blade was analyzed. Results show that the efficiency of the stage with positive curved stator blade is 20% higher than that of with straight blade, while their raction and discharge coefficient have a little different. The reason why the stage with positive curved stator blade has higher efficiency are that the loss of both stator and rotor blade are decreased in evidence, and the flowing at the root of the blade is improved.
