摘  要:淬火过程中钢类工件的热物性参数、界面换热系数要随温度发生变化,相变所引起的相变潜热也对工件温度场造成影响。本文据此提出了三维非线性淬火温度场有限元数学模型,模型中耦合了温度和相变潜热的计算。用此模型对T8钢淬火过程进行计算机模拟,计算结果令人满意。During quenching processes, the thermal property coefficients and surface heat transfer coefficient of steel workpieces vary with temperature, and the temperature field is also affected by the latent heat in microstructure transformations. Accordingly, a nonlinear mathematical model of three dimensional temperature fields in quenching processes has been proposed based on the Finite Element Method in this paper. The model couples temperature with latent heat in its calculation. quenching process of a T8 steel workpiece is simulated, and the result is satisfied by using the model.
