基于农业循环经济发展视角的西部退耕还林影响评价——以陕西省宜川县为例

摘　　要：通过对农业循环经济基本理论进行阐述的基础上，以陕西省宜川县为例，采用实证分析的方法，从生态、经济、社会、资源重复循环利用等方面，分析退耕还林工程对案例县农业循环经济发展的影响，以期对退耕还林工程的可持续性和农业循环经济的发展做出有益的探讨。Taking the comprehensive, coordinate, sustainable and scientific development view as guideline, developing circular economy was an important way to build harmonious society with economical resource and friendly environment. The article took a simple introduction on basic theories of agricultural circular economy firstly. Taking conversing cropland to forestland of Yichuan County in Shanxi Province as example, adopting positive analysis, the article analyzed the impact of the project of conversing cropland to forestland on the development of agricultural circular economy from the ecology, economy, society, repeated and circular use of resources and so on. The article looked forward to making some useful research on the sustainability of the project of conversing cropland to forestland and the development of agricultural circular economy.
