摘 要:温州市大门大桥工程是大、小门岛港区连接温州大陆的跨海大桥,以该工程为背景,对孤岛长距离跨海输水通道建设方案进行了技术经济比较和探讨。研究表明,外海孤岛长距离跨海输水通道建设采用水管随桥敷设过桥的方案,具有投资节约、输送安全有保障、供水保证率高、施工简便、建设工期短、维护维修方便、占用海洋资源少、对环境影响小等优势。交通桥梁建设兼顾"路、水、电",对海洋深水岸线资源的开发将产生重要的作用和深远的意义。分析表明,过桥管线设计采用桥面两侧"管线专用区域"的布置方案总体满足规范要求,但需对过桥管线方案的安全及使用性能进行研究,以保证桥梁结构及管线的安全。The Damen bridge project in Wenzhou City is a cross-sea bridge connecting Damen and Xiaomen island port area to Wenzhou mainland. Based on this project, comparison studies on the construction proposal of long-distance cross-sea water transmission pipeline were done. The studies show that in constructing long-distance cross-sea water transmission pipeline to far-sea isolated islands, to build the pipeline along with the bridge can bring advantages, such as less investment, safety and efficiency assurance of water transmission, less complicated construction, shorter construction duration, easy maintenance, less marine resource utilization, less environmental impact and so on. To incorporate transportation, water and electricity supply in construction of the bridge will play a significant role in exploring off-shore marine resources. The analysis shows that to design the pipeline along both sides of bridge in "reserved pipeline area" can generally satisfy the standard requirements, however, studies should be carried out on the safety and application of pipeline along with bridge to ensure the safety of bridge structure and pipeline layout.
